What’s one thing every client should expect from their agency?

Every client should expect their agency first and foremost to be a partner to them in every way. That means understanding their business, understanding the market, and understanding how the right media strategy can help enhance profitability and give our clients a competitive edge is a crowded marketplace.

- George Young

What’s one thing every client should expect from their agency?

Every client should expect honesty, transparency and a desire to fully understand the short term and long term goals for their brand.

- Karen Morrow

What’s one thing every client should expect from their agency?

1) Clear and constant communication. Once the communication stops or slows down it can really take a toll on any campaign. 2) Ways to grow and expand: if you aren't getting ideas and opportunities within the media world as well as through your backend to grow or expand your business then you have essentially hired a paper pusher agency.

- Bryan Geidt

ChatGPT Image Jul 13, 2026, 01_14_23 PM.png

What’s one thing every client should expect from their agency?

It's hard to narrow it down to one. I believe every client should expect three things: a team that cares enough to challenge assumptions, the curiosity to uncover new opportunities, and the accountability to stand behind every recommendation. That's when an agency becomes a true extension of the business - not just another vendor.

- Brandy Seward

BSEWARD-002.jpeg

What's the most common misconception about media strategy?

That you can judge performance right away. It takes more than one week of data to see the full results.

- Melissa Norwood

What's the most common misconception about media strategy?

The most common misconception about media strategy is that the goal is to drive the lowest cost lead. In reality, the goal is to drive the highest quality lead that converts into a profitable media plan for the client, regardless of lead cost. The hyper-focus on lead costs is a common mistake other agencies make, without regard to lead conversion, lead quality, and overall return on investment for a client.

- George Young

What's the most common misconception about media strategy?

The most common misconception is media strategy is a static plan. A good strategy should have building blocks to follow and should constantly be analyzed and optimized.

ChatGPT Image Jul 14, 2026, 03_07_07 PM.png

What makes a great client partnership?

Honesty. You know you have a great partner in a client or an agency when you can share both good news and bad news. You need your partners to tell you when you are potentially headed in the wrong direction.

- Bryan Geidt

ChatGPT Image Jul 13, 2026, 01_14_23 PM.png

What makes a great client partnership?

One that doesn't feel like a client partnership. They feel like one team working toward the same objective, where success is shared, conversations are honest, and everyone is empowered to challenge ideas if it leads to a better outcome.

- Brandy Seward

What excites you most about helping clients succeed?

Seeing their success.

- TP McCabe

ChatGPT Image Jul 14, 2026, 03_02_03 PM_edited.jpg

What excites you most about helping clients succeed?

This is so simple. When our clients win, WE Win. We measure our success against our clients' success. This is the entire reason for an agency, and helping our clients improve, grow, and win is what it's all about.

- George Young

What excites you most about helping clients succeed?

What excites me most about helping clients succeed is seeing the growth firsthand. In media strategy, it’s downright fun to dig into performance data, uncover what works and apply those insights to build a clear plan for long-term brand growth.

- Karen Morrow

What excites you most about helping clients succeed?

Selfishly, I like beating the results of other agencies who've failed. More wholesomely, I enjoy seeing clients try something new - trusting us to communicate how and why and when, and educating themselves in the process of growing their business.

- Ben Hobbs

What excites you most about helping clients succeed?

The "aha" moments get me hyped. Whether it's uncovering a new opportunity, solving a challenge that seemed stuck, or helping a client see their business through a different lens, that's when media becomes more than a marketing function - it becomes a catalyst for better business decisions.

- Brandy Seward

What’s one piece of marketing advice you find yourself giving over and over again?

Remember it's never about you, but what you can do for your customer or client. Add value to your customers, and that value will come back to you in a multiple.

- George Young

What’s one piece of marketing advice you find yourself giving over and over again?

Understand the full marketing picture. In today’s media landscape, it’s impossible to execute a successful campaign in a silo—you have to understand all the efforts pushing a brand forward so that you can effectively measure and learn from the wins.

- Karen Morrow

ChatGPT Image Jul 13, 2026, 01_39_25 PM.png

What’s one piece of marketing advice you find yourself giving over and over again?

There's no good data or bad data, there's just data. If a campaign fails to meet expectations, you can always determine why it didn't work. The key to success it determining what WILL work. Not every platform or placement will work for every project, but there is a platform or placement that will work for every project. That's the insanely frustrating and rewarding piece.
